Website Audience Intelligence

Combine first-party website evidence with governed nearby-dealership discovery and approved public competitor monitoring.

01

Know every tag is talking

See every accessible website endpoint on one live signal ribbon: receiving, stale, missing recent data, never received, or inactive. Open any signal to see its freshness, event volume, origin, and direct route to tracking diagnostics, so broken or forgotten installs become visible before they weaken a report.

02

Read audience quality

Compare visitors, sessions, engagement, repeat behaviour, lead actions, confirmed leads, conversion rate, and attribution coverage against the preceding equal-length window. Ranked source, campaign, and page breakdowns put lead quality beside volume, while transparent opportunity rules explain the evidence and thresholds behind each recommendation.

03

Compare clients on one ledger

Give the marketing team an agency-wide ledger of tracking health and aggregate audience performance across every client they are allowed to access. Sort by freshness, visitors, engagement, lead outcomes, conversion, attribution coverage, or period change, then move directly into that client's tracking diagnostics when a signal needs attention.

04

Ask with the evidence attached

Generate a concise read-only briefing or ask a plain-English question on demand. The analyst receives only the active reporting window and redacted aggregate KPIs, opportunity rules, and ranked breakdowns; every answer keeps the supporting numbers one click away. It cannot identify individual visitors, activate an audience, or change a campaign.

05

Owned-site context

Connect current, client-owned landing pages and offers to that client's aggregate audience outcomes. The join uses exact canonical pages inside the authorised client boundary, so the team can see where real attention and lead activity meet stale, missing, or mismatched site content without exposing visitor-level records.

06

Governed nearby dealership discovery

Explore a non-exhaustive list of up to 20 nearby dealership candidates around a confirmed client location. Agency staff review each candidate, validate its public website, and give explicit human approval before XeroFlow creates or crawls a monitored competitor domain. Permitted portal users can nominate a Place ID for the same agency review; a nomination never starts monitoring.

07

Public competitor changes

Monitor only approved public competitor pages for material changes to models, offers, finance terms, calls to action, and content. Every change keeps its source URL, observed time, confidence, and structured before-and-after evidence. Access controls and declared content-use signals are respected, and blocked collection is shown as partial coverage rather than worked around.

08

Evidence-backed gaps

Compare current owned and public competitor facts conservatively. Exact model matches rank above category-level suggestions, expired offers are excluded, and low-evidence comparisons stay marked as insufficient data. XeroFlow never claims or infers competitor traffic, audience size, conversions, spend, or reach.

09

Controlled AI interpretation

Deterministic extraction and comparison remain the source of truth. Optional AI can summarise changed public content and improve retrieval only when the feature flag, site policy, and tenant controls permit it. AI output is labelled, source-linked, reviewable, and never activates an audience or changes an advertising campaign.
