Push quotes to Xero as DRAFT quotes with one click. Client contact matching, chart of accounts mapping, and tax treatment are handled automatically based on your rate card configuration. Once in Xero, quotes can be sent to clients for review. Status changes in Xero sync back to XeroFlow automatically.
Monitor quote status from within XeroFlow — Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Declined. When a client accepts a quote in Xero, the status updates in XeroFlow and the brief is marked as commercially approved. Declined quotes can be revised and resubmitted without creating duplicate records.
Convert accepted quotes to DRAFT invoices with a single action. All line items, pricing, contact details, and account codes transfer from the quote to the invoice. This completes the brief-to-cash pipeline: intake, approval, quote, acceptance, invoice, payment tracking.
