Client Portal

Project Visibility

Clients see their projects, tasks, and progress without internal data leaks. Transparent project tracking that builds trust and reduces status update requests.

01

Scoped Project Views

Clients see only their own projects and tasks — automatically scoped by client ID at the API layer. Each project shows a progress overview, active tasks, upcoming deadlines, and recent activity. The information displayed is curated to show meaningful progress indicators rather than every internal detail, maintaining professionalism while providing real transparency.

02

Task Progress Tracking

Clients can drill into individual tasks to see status, assignee, due dates, and progress. Subtask completion rolls up into percentage bars so clients understand how complex deliverables are progressing. This self-service access to project status dramatically reduces the volume of "where is this?" emails and calls that consume your account managers' time.

03

Activity Timeline

Each project includes a filtered activity timeline showing client-relevant updates — status changes, file uploads, deadline updates, and comments. Internal activities (reassignments between staff, internal notes, budget discussions) are filtered out. The timeline gives clients a chronological narrative of project progress without exposing your team's internal workflow.

04

Dashboard Overview

The client dashboard shows a consolidated view of all active projects, pending approvals, recent invoices, and new notifications. Clients get a single-page summary of their relationship with your agency — what is active, what needs their attention, and what has been delivered recently. This high-level view is often the only page clients need to visit for routine check-ins.
