Click the sync button to pull the latest data from all connected ad platforms immediately. Scheduled syncs run periodically, but when you are in a client meeting or preparing a report, you want the numbers as of right now. On-demand sync queries the platform APIs in real time and updates the dashboard within seconds.
Sync individual platforms independently. If you only need fresh Meta data, sync just Meta without waiting for Google to respond. Each platform shows its last sync timestamp so you know how fresh the data is. Failed syncs show error details with retry options.
The sync engine respects platform API rate limits to avoid account throttling. If you have hit the limit recently, the sync button shows a cooldown indicator with the estimated time until the next sync is available. This prevents accidental rate limit violations that could temporarily block API access.
On-demand sync only fetches data that has changed since the last sync, minimising API calls and response time. For date ranges that have already been fully synced, cached data is used. Only the current day and any recently modified historical data are refreshed.
