Organize tasks into collapsible groups with nested subtasks for complex projects. Build hierarchies that match how your agency actually works.
Create groups within a board to represent phases, departments, sprints, or any logical division of work. Groups are color-coded, reorderable, and collapsible — expand the ones you're working on and collapse the rest to reduce visual noise. Each group shows an aggregate summary (task count, completion percentage) even when collapsed.
Break complex tasks into subtasks that inherit the parent board's column structure. Subtasks can have their own assignees, dates, statuses, and file attachments. The parent task shows a progress bar based on subtask completion, giving managers a roll-up view without needing to drill into every line item on a busy board.
Move tasks between groups or reorder them within a group using drag-and-drop. Subtasks can be promoted to top-level tasks or demoted back. The entire hierarchy is sortable, so you can organize work exactly how your team needs it — whether that's by priority, by client, by deadline, or by whoever screams the loudest.
Apply bulk actions at the group level — change all statuses, reassign all tasks, duplicate the entire group, or archive it. When you spin up a new campaign, duplicate an existing group to get a pre-populated task list with all the standard deliverables, then customize from there. Templates on top of templates.
