Each gallery card shows the current approval status and allows one-click status changes. Reviewers can scan through a grid of creative assets, approve the ones that look good, and flag the ones that need revisions — all without opening individual task panels. Combined with client portal access, this becomes a powerful external review tool.
Choose which columns appear below each gallery thumbnail. Display the assignee, due date, client name, platform tag, or any custom column. Configure different gallery layouts for different workflows — your social team might show platform and post date, while your design team shows file type and revision number.
Click any gallery card to open a full-screen lightbox with the file at maximum resolution. Navigate between items with arrow keys. The lightbox includes file metadata, download options, and the ability to leave comments directly on the preview. Share the direct link with a client for quick ad-hoc reviews outside the portal.
