Client and Campaign Budgets

Set monthly spending limits at the client level and optionally at the campaign level within each client. Budgets can be configured as hard caps or soft warnings. The system tracks actual spend against budget in real time, pulling from both Meta and Google data sources. At any point you can see the percentage consumed, remaining amount, and projected end-of-month total.

Threshold Alerts

Configure alert thresholds at any percentage — commonly 80%, 90%, and 100%. Alerts can trigger in-app notifications, email messages, or both. When a campaign hits 90% of its monthly budget on the 15th of the month, your media buyers get an immediate notification so they can adjust pacing before overspending occurs. The alert includes current spend, budget limit, and daily run rate.

Full Audit Trail

Every budget creation, modification, and deletion is logged with the user who made the change, the timestamp, and the before/after values. When questions arise about budget decisions — from clients, from management, or during annual reviews — you have a complete, tamper-proof history. This audit trail integrates with the AI system for anomaly detection on budget patterns.

Variance Reporting

Monthly variance reports compare budgeted amounts against actual spend, showing over/under for each client and campaign. Identify clients where you consistently underspend (potential upsell opportunity) or overspend (process or pacing issue). Variance data surfaces in AI reports with recommendations, helping your team turn financial data into actionable strategy adjustments.
