The system extracts deliverables from brief field values and matches each to your rate card using fuzzy matching with a configurable similarity threshold. Line items are created with quantities, rates, and descriptions pulled directly from the brief.
Deliverables from the brief are matched to your rate card entries using fuzzy string matching. The system finds the best match above a 40% similarity threshold, pulling in the correct pricing, account codes, and descriptions. When no match is found, line items are flagged for manual pricing so nothing falls through the cracks.
Push quotes to Xero as DRAFT quotes with a single click. The system matches the client to their Xero contact, maps line items to chart of accounts codes, and creates the quote in Xero. Sync status back to see when clients view, accept, or decline the quote. All changes flow bidirectionally between XeroFlow and Xero.
When a client accepts a Xero quote, convert it to a DRAFT invoice with one click. The invoice inherits all line items, pricing, and contact details from the quote. This completes the full cycle: brief submission, approval, quote, client acceptance, invoice — all tracked and auditable within XeroFlow.
