A unified notification centre with live chat feed, For You tab, incoming items, and AI recommendations — accessible via keyboard shortcuts.
The Feed tab shows a real-time stream of chat messages across all your channels. Messages arrive instantly via WebSocket — no polling or page refresh needed. Cursor-based pagination loads older messages as you scroll. Muted channels are filtered out so you only see conversations you care about. Click any message to jump directly to that channel.
The For You tab surfaces notifications personalised to your role and activity — task assignments, @mentions, approval requests, deadline reminders, and board events that affect your work. Notifications are grouped by time and priority so the most urgent items appear first.
The Activity Hub renders as a floating panel that can be dragged to any position on screen. Toggle between compact and expanded modes depending on how much screen real estate you want to dedicate. Position is persisted via localStorage so it stays where you put it across page navigations and sessions.
Press the period key (.) to toggle the Activity Hub open or closed. Press N to jump directly to the For You tab. These shortcuts work globally across all agency pages, making it fast to check notifications without reaching for the mouse. The hub replaces the old notification slideover and AI chat widget with a unified, more accessible interface.
